Service

VedaSuite AI is a software service for Shopify merchants that provides commerce intelligence, fraud support, pricing guidance, competitor monitoring, shopper trust scoring and profit optimization tooling.

Eligibility and acceptance

By installing or using VedaSuite AI, the merchant agrees to these terms and confirms that they are authorized to act on behalf of the relevant store or business.

Use of the service

Merchants are responsible for:

• complying with Shopify terms, platform rules and applicable laws
• configuring the app appropriately for their business
• reviewing AI-generated insights before taking business action
• their own compliance with consumer, privacy, advertising and pricing rules

Acceptable use

Merchants may not use the service to violate law, abuse platform integrations, interfere with service operations, attempt unauthorized access, or misuse the product in a way that harms VedaSuite AI, Shopify, other merchants or consumers.

Billing

Paid plans are provided through Shopify Billing. Charges, renewals, plan changes, downgrades and cancellations are subject to Shopify's billing mechanisms and the plan details shown inside the app.

Intellectual property

The service, software, branding, reports and related materials remain the property of VedaSuite AI or its licensors, except for merchant-owned data and merchant-owned content.

No financial or legal advice

Insights, risk scores, competitor signals and pricing recommendations are decision-support tools only. They do not constitute legal, financial, tax, accounting or compliance advice, and the merchant is responsible for every action taken on the basis of them.

Availability and service changes

We may update, improve, suspend or discontinue parts of the service as needed for maintenance, reliability, security, legal compliance or product evolution.

Disclaimer and limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, VedaSuite AI is provided on an as-available and as-offered basis without guarantees of uninterrupted, error-free or outcome-specific performance.

Termination

These terms terminate when the merchant uninstalls the app, or when access is terminated by either party as permitted by law, platform policy or these terms.
