Find where Shopify and your operations don't match.

It compares Shopify against the operational records held elsewhere — your warehouse or 3PL stock file, supplier shipment records, 3PL invoices and your agreed rate card — and raises a finding wherever they disagree. Each finding carries the rows it was matched on, how certain the match is, and what to review next. Everything arrives in one prioritised feed, the Action Center.

You upload a CSV or XLSX. VedaSuite reads the headers, proposes a column mapping, and asks you to confirm it before anything is reconciled. If a workbook has several sheets you choose which one to read. The mapping is saved, so later uploads of the same report go straight through.

Inventory: quantity and location mismatches, negative quantities, duplicate rows, SKUs missing on one side, and items untracked in Shopify. Supplier shipments: quantity shortfalls and overages, duplicate lines, unexpected or missing SKUs, and missing tracking. 3PL invoices: duplicate charges, charges against cancelled or refunded orders, quantity mismatches, rate and amount differences, unmapped charge types, and charges that cannot be verified.

No. Reconciliation is read-only and performs no Shopify writes at all. Nothing adjusts your inventory, prices or orders. Across the whole product the only write is an order tag recording a review decision you made yourself.

No. An upload is parsed into records for the comparison and the file itself is not retained. The original filename is sanitised for display and no filesystem path is stored.

A discrepancy is only given a financial figure when the underlying data makes one defensible — an invoice line checked against a saved rate card, for example. Where it does not, the discrepancy is raised on its own terms rather than being assigned an invented number. Figures are estimates and are shown with the basis they were calculated on.

No. VedaSuite does not hold your stock, manage replenishment or push quantities anywhere. It reads what each system reports and tells you where they disagree, which is a different job from running the inventory itself.

A supporting one. Detection, matching and every figure are deterministic, so the same inputs always produce the same result. A controlled AI layer rewords findings that already exist into clearer language. It cannot detect anything, produce or change a figure, alter certainty, or touch your store — and summaries are labelled so you can tell which is which.

Starter, at $19/month, includes the Action Center, Store Overview and one workspace of your choice: Customer Loss, Market Signals or Pricing recommendations. Growth, at $49/month, adds all three workspaces plus Inventory and Supplier Shipment Reconciliation with history and evidence. Pro, at $99/month, adds 3PL Invoice Reconciliation, saved rate cards, three-way rate checks and Product Profit intelligence.

The trial lasts 7 days and runs on the plan you choose. It gives you that plan's features only — it does not unlock features from higher plans, so a Starter trial does not include reconciliation or Product Profit. Shopify does not bill you until the trial ends. There is one free trial per Shopify store.

Yes. Plan changes and cancellation run through Shopify Billing from the Billing page inside the app, so they follow Shopify's standard behaviour and appear on your normal invoice. Uninstalling from Shopify Admin ends the subscription.
