Access it requests
Read your orders, products and customers. Write only order tags.
That is the full extent of its permissions. Competitor data comes from the public catalogue pages of stores you choose to track.
What it cannot do
- Change or publish prices in your Shopify store.
- Cancel, hold or block any order.
- Issue refunds or contact your customers.
Recommendations, never silent action
VedaSuite AI has no ability to change a price or cancel an order in your store. The only thing it writes back is the review tag you apply yourself to an order.
