Return abuse and suspicious orders surface too late
Refund patterns build up across separate orders and customers. By the time the pattern is obvious, the losses are already booked.
Four guided onboarding steps inside Shopify, then a review loop where VedaSuite surfaces findings and you decide what to act on.
Built for
Shopify merchants losing margin to returns, mispricing and competitor moves
Available on the Shopify App Store. 7-day free trial with full access to every module.
Refund abuse, competitor moves and mispriced products each drain margin on their own. Reviewed separately, none of them looks urgent enough to act on until the quarter is already gone.
It is rarely one big loss
It is a refund pattern here, a competitor undercutting there, a product priced below where the market now sits.
The signals are already in your store
Order history, refund behaviour and catalogue pricing hold most of the answer. They just are not being read together.
Reviewing it by hand does not scale
Checking competitor pages and refund histories manually stops happening the moment order volume climbs.
Where the leaks show up
These are the four problems VedaSuite AI was built to make visible.
Refund patterns build up across separate orders and customers. By the time the pattern is obvious, the losses are already booked.
Price cuts, promotions and stock changes on the stores you compete with happen quietly, and checking them by hand does not scale.
Prices get changed without a consistent view of competitor pressure, margin impact or which products are actually leaking profit.
Fraud sits in one tool, competitor tracking in a spreadsheet, pricing in another. Nothing connects them into a single decision.
How it works
Setup is four guided steps inside the app. After that the work is a review loop: VedaSuite surfaces what changed and what it recommends, and you choose what to act on.
Reads your Shopify orders, products and customers, plus the competitor stores you add.
Scores risk, compares competitor pricing and models margin impact.
Hands you findings and recommendations — you approve every action yourself.
Setup and operating sequence
Steps one to four are the onboarding checklist inside the app. Step five is the ongoing loop.
Install through the Shopify App Store listing and the app opens inside your Shopify Admin. It requests read access to orders, products and customers, plus order-tag write access for the review decisions you make.
The first onboarding step pulls in your orders, customers and products so the modules have something to analyse. Webhooks keep it current after that.
Choose your starting workflow — on Starter that is Fraud & Return Abuse Intelligence or Competitor Intelligence — then open it to see your first findings. Growth and Pro add the AI Pricing Engine alongside them.
Confirm the plan you want through Shopify Billing. Your 7-day free trial gives full access while you evaluate, and the dashboard unlocks once setup is complete.
Work through the findings and recommendations. Every action — approving a price change in your store, allowing or blocking an order, responding to a competitor — is yours to take. VedaSuite recommends; you decide.
Every figure on this panel is invented to show the layout. It is not a real store, and not a claim about results.

Your decision is saved in VedaSuite and added to the Shopify order as a tag. The order itself is never cancelled or held by the app.

Recommendation: hold current price
Matching the competitor cut would move this product below your margin floor. The engine can recommend doing nothing, and explains why.

Recommendation: raise price

Merchants are rightly cautious about giving an app access to orders and pricing. Here is exactly what VedaSuite AI can and cannot do.
Access it requests
Read your orders, products and customers. Write only order tags.
That is the full extent of its permissions. Competitor data comes from the public catalogue pages of stores you choose to track.
What it cannot do
VedaSuite AI has no ability to change a price or cancel an order in your store. The only thing it writes back is the review tag you apply yourself to an order.
It is an embedded app using Shopify session tokens, not a separate dashboard with another login to manage.
Plans run through Shopify Billing, so charges, upgrades and cancellations follow Shopify's own mechanisms and appear on your normal invoice.
Install VedaSuite AI, sync your store, and work through the first set of findings across orders, returns, pricing and competitors. Seven days free, and every action stays yours to approve.
