Reporting an issue
Including these details in your first message usually saves a round trip:
- Your store domain
- When the issue happened
- The request ID, if one was shown in an error message
- A screenshot or short screen recording
- Which module you were in and what you were trying to do
Escalation
Flag your message as urgent if the issue affects installation, billing, uninstall or compliance handling, data sync, or the handling of your data.
We do not publish a guaranteed response time. Support is handled directly by the team that builds the app.
